CHIA SEEDS SUPER FOOD





I absolutely am loving Chia seeds . I found mine at the local Aldi's grocery store for a couple bucks.I add them to any recipe that calls for poppy seeds, like lemon muffins..DIVINE.....













CHIA SEEDS are an excellent source of:
